Success Means: “To me, leading a successful life is about more than your career (though career does play a role). But more deeply, success, like happiness, comes from your relationships: making time for friends and family, spending time with loved ones, being engaged with your community, and cultivating those connections consistently. At the end of the day, people are what matter most, and the fulfillment you get from seeing friends is really hard to recreate any other way (and by the way, I say this as a self-proclaimed introvert).”
Her future: “I’m quite happy with my current role and company, so my ‘big plans’ are to continue growing as a consultant and learning from my amazing colleagues.”
Fun fact: She’s a member of the choral arts nonprofit the Alexandria Singers. “I love to sing!”
