Former Duke football player and founder of Athletic Training Portal, an app that analyzes biomechanics using videos and images captured from smartphones to optimize movement patterns, reduce injury risk and decrease rehabilitation time

At Duke: After experiencing multiple injuries throughout my Duke football career, I saw firsthand how many athletes could benefit from better access to biomechanical insights. That realization sparked the idea for ATP. Duke then gave me the environment and resources to test and refine the software with real users, providing the blueprint for what I’m building today.”

Finding Success: Authentic success means creating something that genuinely helps people grow stronger, healthier and more confident in their movement. That impact might look like an athlete returning from injury faster or a child gaining confidence because they finally understand their technique. Success isn’t about recognition; it’s about alignment with purpose and measurable impact. If the work I’m building helps people live healthier lives, then I know I’m moving in the right direction.”

“I believe innovation isn’t just about pushing boundaries; it’s about inclusion and accessibility, because everyone deserves to understand how they move.”
